Awani Bali works with the freshest, ripest tropical fruit from the Indonesian archipelago to create our award winning handcrafted conserves and marmalades. Our kitchen is based in the volcanic highlands of Bali and guests at Bali's luxury hotels have been enjoying our distinct flavours since 2007. We are thrilled to introduce the real flavours of tropical fruit to visitors at Kirstie Allsop's Handmade Fair to enjoy for an exotic breakfast, high tea or paired with cheese. All of our tropical fruit preserve gift sets are handmade. Our batik napkins, handwoven baskets and wooden spoons are inspired by the wonderful aesthetic of Balinese artistry and handcrafting traditions. We work closely with skilled Balinese craftsmen and women to preserve valued Balinese traditions and practices by making them relevant for today.
