What time is the Fair open until?

9.30am - 6pm each day.

What does each ticket type include?

Can we bring dogs?

Dogs are not allowed on site with the exception of guide dogs

Do I need to pay for parking?

Parking is free! Just turn up on the day and you will be directed in to the car park. Please note the earlier you arrive the more likely you will be allocated a place closer to the Fair site.

Can I buy tickets on the door?

You can indeed. Please click here to take a look at our on the door prices and ticket options, subject to availability.

I am accompanying somebody as a carer, do I have to purchase a ticket?

When accompanying somebody in the capacity of carer, your entry to the Fair is free of charge but you will not be able to participate in any of the workshops. You can book a carer ticket alongside a full price adult ticket. If you would like to attend workshops as a carer, you would need to purchase the correct ticket type.

Can I book additional Grand Make and Super Theatre sessions?

You can book these in advance via our booking page on the website, here. These sessions are priced at £6 each in advance, and will be subject to availability. You can also book these on the day at the Workshop Ticket Sales desk near the entrance of the Fair. They are priced at £6 each on the day, and will be subject to availability. Please note you must already hold a valid entry ticket to the Fair – these are just an add-on.

Can I book additional Skills Workshop sessions?

You cannot book individual Skills Workshops in advance, only as part of the Full Experience or VIP ticket package. However there’s a Workshop Ticket Sales desk near the entrance of the Fair, so you can book additional sessions when you arrive. These sessions are priced at £12 each and will be subject to availability.

Can I bring my children to the Fair?

Yes, although we do not provide any child minding or crèche facilities. If your child is under 5 their entry to the Fair will be free and you won’t need to buy a ticket.

What happens if it’s raining?

We will be ready for you come rain or shine but it’s always best to dress for the weather! Whilst we’re hoping for sunny spells, it’s an outdoor event and we all know British weather can be a bit changeable… Please bring sensible footwear and a brolly so you’re prepared.

Do I need to bring cash?

There will be options to pay by debit card, however not all vendors will accept cards and you may have to small pay a fee for the cash machines on site.

Can I book workshops/sessions on the day?

We recommend booking your sessions in advance to avoid disappointment if your preferred session sells out and for a discounted price with Full Experience tickets! However you will be able to book any workshop that still has capacity on the day at the Ticket Sales Workshop desk which will be straight ahead of you when you walk in.
