Sarah Blythe combines backgrounds in art, textiles and nature photography to create floral artworks and interior products inspired by all things botanical. Using modern adaption of ancient techniques, the distinctive designs are produced from real flowers and plants and delivered through sustainably focused products. Sarah was inspired from a young age by collecting flowers from her grandmother’s garden to create artworks, and in 2016 along with her mother Sharon, the pair set up Sarah Blythe. The process of making her designs usually begins by collecting floral waste or foraging for fallen leaves or petals. Sarah then hammers the flowers into fabric to create designs and installations inspired by gardens in England and Australia. Commissions and bespoke artworks can be made upon request.
